How
We Work
| 1. |
We
suggest you gather
a scrapbook of notes, photos, and
articles
that you have collected.
|
| 2. |
Get
together with your family and ask them
for their input and wish lists. |
| 3. |
Think
about a budget you can live with. |
| 4. |
Draw
a rough sketch of your floor plan and
take measurements. |
| 5. |
Call
us to make an appointment. |
|
Visiting
our showroom:
| The
first time at our showroom we will . . . |
| 1. |
Answer
any questions you may have. |
| 2. |
Discuss
your scrapbook of ideas (if you have one). |
| 3. |
Discuss
your floor plan. |
| 4. |
Discuss
your plans for utilizing the room you will be
remodeling. |
| 5. |
Review
your budget based on these preliminary
discussions. |
| 6. |
Set
another appointment to review a basic design
concept. |
The
second time you visit our showroom:
| 1. |
We
will have created a basic design concept and
floor plan. |
| 2. |
We
will provide you with a realistic budget, based
on our first meeting and discussions. |
If
you like what you see, the next step would be a site
visit:
| 1. |
We
would receive a design retainer to proceed with
further designs and drawings. (The design
retainer is 100% applicable toward your
project.) |
| 2. |
Set
an appointment at the home and take field
measurements. |
| 3. |
Create
three to four design concepts for your review
and make suggestions to incorporate your wish
list. |
| 4. |
Set
another appointment to visit our showroom. |
On
your next visit:
| 1. |
We
will review the various designs. |
| 2. |
Working
together, we will continue the design process
until we create the kitchen/bathroom that best
fits your home and your lifestyle. |
The
Installation Process:
| 1. |
We
take care of everything. Plumbing, electrical,
carpentry, drywall and cabinetry installation as
well as floor covering and appliance
installations. We'll even paint if you want.
Over, done...you are finished. |
